As long as your order has not been shipped yet, we can apply the following changes:
- Correct the shipping address (within Germany)
- Update the billing address — this change is also possible after shipment
- Cancel the order
Once the package has left our warehouse, content changes are no longer possible. In that case you have two options:
- Refuse acceptance — the package will be returned to us automatically and we'll refund you after it arrives.
- Set up a redirect or pickup point via DHL — directly in the DHL customer portal.
How to request a change
Open your order in your account and click "Get help". Select the matching reason (e.g. "Change shipping address"), confirm the new details, and our team will process the change as quickly as possible.
