Purchase contracts are concluded exclusively between the buyer and the respective merchant.
smartport Marketplace B.V. (Keizersgracht 452, NL-1016GD Amsterdam, KVK 98714783) acts as the legal EU representative under the DSA and has contracted Mollie B.V. for payment processing on the Platform.

Action Against Misuse
Users who repeatedly display inappropriate behaviour, provide obviously illegal content, or violate our T&Cs will be suspended after prior warning. This also applies to misuse of the reporting system.

Merchants are obliged to ensure their listings and product information comply with all applicable laws. In case of violations, we will take measures ranging from listing demotion to account suspension. The type and severity of the measure depends on frequency and severity of the violation.
Merchants have the right to an internal complaints management system. Complaints can be sent to [email protected].
Results are sorted by relevance by default. Key factors: sales history, price, availability. Users may sort by price (ascending/descending).
For specific products, offers are ranked by: price, merchant product quality, service quality (response time, reviews), delivery reliability.
Paid ranking influence is excluded. All rankings are based solely on objective criteria.
smartport does not use personalised user data for product ranking or badges.
Submission: Only verified buyers after a completed purchase may submit reviews. No compensation is offered for reviews.
Publication: Reviews are published within 1 business day. Photos within 7 business days.
Moderation: Reviews may be removed if they violate applicable law, public policy or our moderation guidelines (e.g. advertising content, insults, irrelevant content, hate speech, illegal content).
Retention: Reviews remain online for 10 years or until the product is delisted.
smartport verifies the identity of professional merchants before activation. Buyers can find full information about the respective merchant in the merchant sheet and on the sales invoice.
