As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you has received the goods. For orders with multiple products, the period begins upon receipt of the last product.
You can declare your withdrawal:
Online: Via your customer account under "My Orders" → "Get Help"

Form: Withdrawal form in the T&Cs (§14)
After declaring the withdrawal, please return the product to the merchant within 14 days.
Return label: For warranty claims, you will receive a free return shipping label. In the case of withdrawal, the buyer bears the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in the merchant sheet.
Packaging: Please pack the product carefully for transport. We cannot accept liability for damage in transit caused by improper packaging.
Data deletion: Before returning, please delete all personal data from the device and unlink it from your accounts (e.g. Google Account, Apple ID / iCloud, Samsung Account).
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the merchant will refund the purchase price including the original shipping costs within 14 days via the payment method used for the order.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery
Goods that have been made to customer specifications
Products that have clearly been used as intended and have thereby suffered a significant loss of value
If your delivery has not arrived, please contact us via your customer account or at [email protected]. In the event of loss or damage in transit, we will contact the merchant and the shipping service provider.
