Send a short email to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion" and the email address linked to your account. We'll confirm receipt and complete the deletion within the legal deadlines.
What is retained?
Order-related data (invoices, accounting records) must be retained for up to 10 years for tax and commercial law reasons. During this time the data is not used for marketing, personalisation or similar purposes — only kept in audit-safe archives.
