Under Art. 15 GDPR you have the right to a free disclosure of which personal data we process about you — and in what form. We handle such requests within the legal deadline of 30 days.
How to request the disclosure
Send a short email to [email protected] with the subject "Data disclosure GDPR Art. 15" and the following details:
- the email address you used to order at smartport (for identification)
- a short note on what's of particular interest — full dataset or a specific category
For data protection reasons we're required to verify your identity before releasing data. If anything is unclear we'll briefly ask (e.g. order number, date of birth or similar).
What you receive
You receive a structured overview of all data we've stored — typically contact details, order history, payment references (without sensitive banking data), shipping addresses, support communications. The disclosure is usually delivered as a PDF or structured table by email.
Related rights
In addition to disclosure you also have the right to deletion (Art. 17), correction (Art. 16) and data portability (Art. 20). If you want to exercise any of these, just include it in your request. Details in our privacy policy.
