At smartport there is no password — and therefore no password reset.
How to log in:
- On the login page, enter your email address.
- Within seconds you'll receive a 6-digit code by email.
- Enter the code and you're in.
The code is valid only for a short time. If it expires, just request a new one.
Code not arriving?
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Make sure the email address is spelled correctly.
- Request the code again if it hasn't arrived within a minute.
