For both condition grades you receive the full contents per the manufacturer. This typically includes:
- the device itself
- all included cables and adapters
- SIM ejector (if applicable for the model)
- manuals and quick-start cards
- manufacturer's warranty card
If anything is missing, please contact us right away — we'll check together with our warehouse and arrange a follow-up shipment or an alternative.
