At smartport we offer exactly two condition grades:
- New — regularly new, original-packed and sealed goods with complete contents per the manufacturer.
- New with opened seal — technically and visually practically identical to New. The seal has merely been opened once, but the device has not been used. Contents and warranty are identical to the New version. This variant is sold exclusively via eBay.
The full statutory warranty of 24 months applies to both grades — without restriction.
Other grades like "Like new" or "Very good"?
We deliberately don't use such labels. We only sell goods that fit one of the two categories above. So you always know exactly what you're getting.
