Standard delivery time is 6 to 8 business days from order receipt. Roughly 4 to 5 business days are needed for shipment preparation at the warehouse, plus 2 to 3 business days for DHL delivery.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding nationwide German holidays. Express or weekend delivery is not available.
Status of your order
Once your package leaves our warehouse, we'll automatically email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. You can also see the current status any time in your account under "Orders".
Is something delayed?
In rare cases shipment preparation can take longer. As soon as we have a new estimate we notify you automatically — no action needed. If you see no movement after more than twelve business days, get in touch and we'll check the case directly with the warehouse.
