Windows 11 pro ließ sich zunächst nicht installieren. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Serviceteam wurde detailliert die Problemlösung dargelegt, so dass anschließend alles reibungslos funktionierte. So muss es sein !!!! Gerne wieder bei Bedarf.
Lieferzeiten länger als angegeben. Sonst alles gut. Kundensupport reagiert sehr schnell.
Ich bin mit dem Service sehr zufrieden. Auf Nachfrage habe ich sofort eine Antwort erhalten. Die Uhr habe ich zwar erst nach ca zwei Wochen erhalten das lag aber tatsächlich an der Post, die wird ja auch nicht besser. Da mein Mann erst an installieren ist, kann ich sonst zur der Uhr selbst, noch nichts sagen.
Die Ware war super aber die Lieferung ist doppelt solange gewesen wie angegeben. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne
Die Lieferzeit wurde mit maximal 6 Tagen angegeben für ein S25 FE. Doch es erfolgte noch keine Lieferung - habe dann eine Email verschickt, wo die Ware bleibt. Ich erhielt darauf keine Antwort, jedoch kam dann die Lieferung, kurz bevor die Frist des Widerufes erlosch. Das Handy selbst war Original verpackt und ist denke ich okay- habe es noch nicht aktiviert. Etwas mehr Kommunikation mit den Kunden wäre wünschenswert.
