Die Lieferzeit war erheblich länger, als bei Bestellung angegeben (16 anstatt 6 Tagen). Der Liefertermin wurde nicht angekündigt. Auf Rückfrage kam die Info, dass Smartport auf die Lieferzeit keinen Einfluss hat, fand ich merkwürdig…Ware in Ordnung.

Alles war perfekt.
Das Handy wurde sofort am nächsten Tag geliefert und der Preis war unschlagbar günstig. Die in so vielen Kommentaren bemängelte verspätete Zustellung der Ware, kann ich nicht bestätigen.
Alles top bis auf die Lieferzeit, waren am Ende fast 2 Wochen.

Zweite Smartphone bestellt. Ware is top, Preis auch. Längere Wartezeit (2-2,5 Wochen) nehme ich an.
Guter Preis, schnelle Lieferung und der Win11 Pro Key wurde problemlos akzeptiert. Somit alles in Ordnung und gerne wieder.
Der Artikel wurde mit "in 4 bis 6 Werktagen bei dir" angegeben, der bestellte Artikel kam aber erst nach 15 Werktagen bei mir an. Mag sein, dass das ein Einzelfall ist. Ich bin jedenfalls enttäuscht.
