What does “Refurbished” mean?

Refurbished means professionally reconditioned: every device is thoroughly cleaned, fully tested, securely wiped of all data, and any faulty parts are replaced. We disclose the cosmetic condition transparently through grades like “As new”, “Very good” or “Good”, so you know exactly what to expect.

Is the battery replaced or tested?

Every battery is tested during reconditioning. Depending on the selected condition grade we guarantee a minimum capacity; if a battery falls below it, we replace it with a function-tested one.

Is the device waterproof after refurbishment?

We carefully check functions and seals, but we cannot guarantee the manufacturer’s original IP rating once a device has been opened or repaired. Please treat your device like a used one and avoid deliberate contact with water or dust.

You have a 14-day free return policy. If you’re not happy, register your return in our returns portal in a few clicks and send it back for free. We refund you once the return arrives and has been checked.

What does the warranty cover?

Every device comes with a 12-month warranty on functionality and built-in components. If a defect occurs during that time that isn’t caused by improper use, we’ll repair or replace the device, no hassle.
