The order confirmation is sent automatically by email to the address you provided at checkout. If you can't find it in your inbox:
- Check spam/promotions folder — automated emails sometimes get filtered there.
- Verify the email address — you may have made a typo.
- Open your account — under "Orders" you can see all your purchases.
If no order is listed there, the purchase likely didn't go through. In that case no payment was charged. If you were nevertheless charged, please contact our support — we'll check it immediately.
