How do I redeem a voucher or discount code?

You can redeem voucher or discount codes directly at checkout — at the "Review cart" step you'll find the "Voucher code" input field. Enter the code, confirm, and the discount is deducted from the order total immediately.

Common pitfalls

• Capitalisation sometimes matters — copy the code exactly as given (without leading or trailing spaces).
• Some codes have a minimum order value or time limit.
• Only one code per order — combining multiple codes is not possible.
• Codes are usually personal and not transferable.

If you get an error message, first check spelling, validity period, and conditions. If that doesn't help, send us the exact code and a screenshot of the error — we'll check it in the system and tell you what the issue is.
