Did your shipping confirmation arrive just now? Then it's normal that tracking isn't active yet. It usually takes a few hours, at the latest by the next business day, for DHL to register the tracking number in their system.
Try these steps
- Wait a bit: if the shipping confirmation only just arrived, simply check again the next day.
- Enter the tracking number directly at DHL: at dhl.de → tracking → paste the number.
- Double-check the number: a stray space sometimes sneaks in when copying.
