As long as your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it from your account. Open the order and pick "Get help" → "Cancel order". Our team will process the cancellation as quickly as possible.
Once the cancellation is recorded in our system, you'll receive two automated emails:
- the cancellation confirmation
- the refund confirmation, as soon as we trigger the refund
The refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days — see "When will I get my money back?".
Order already shipped?
A traditional cancellation is no longer possible. But you have two options:
- Refuse acceptance — the package returns automatically, we refund after receipt.
- Withdrawal after delivery — you have 14 days to register the return via the returns portal.
