If you received something different from what you ordered — wrong model, wrong colour, or an extra / missing item — here's how to proceed:
- Take a photo of what you received (packaging and device, ideally with the delivery slip).
- Open your account → order → "Get help" → "Seller sent the wrong device".
- Upload the photo and briefly describe what's off.
We'll check the case with our warehouse immediately and get back to you within one business day with the next step — typically an item swap or refund. A separate return via the returns portal is not needed in such cases — we coordinate it directly with you.
