How do I register a return?

Returns are handled entirely via our returns portal — no call or email needed.

How to proceed:

1. Open the returns portal and enter your order number and email address.
2. Pick the items you want to return and enter a brief reason.
3. You'll get the free shipping label by email.
4. Print the label, stick it on the well-sealed package, and drop it off at a DHL branch or Packstation.

After arrival

Once your return reaches us, we'll inspect the goods and trigger the refund. It usually takes 3 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
