Once we trigger the refund, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to land on your account, sometimes slightly longer depending on your payment provider. You'll receive a separate email as soon as the refund has been initiated.
Refunds always go back to the original payment method — that's a legal requirement. Refunds to a different account are not possible.
When does processing start?
- Cancellation before shipment: immediately after confirmation.
- Withdrawal after delivery: after we receive and inspect your return at the warehouse.
- Partial return: prorated amount, same processing time.
If you still see nothing on your account 7 business days after our confirmation, get in touch — we'll check the case together with the payment provider.
