Please return the complete contents: the device itself, all accessories (e.g. charging cable, adapter, SIM ejector) and any inserts like manuals and warranty cards.
The original packaging is not strictly required, but it offers the best protection for the return. If you no longer have it, use another sufficiently sturdy package.
What happens with an incomplete return?
If accessories are missing or the device comes back damaged, our returns team may deduct a value reduction from the refund. The amount depends on the actual condition and is reviewed individually.
